This website

trykryen.com is a static site hosted by Cloudflare. It has no accounts, forms, cookies, advertising or tracking. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Links to Discord, X and Whop take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Data stored on your computer

Profiles, encrypted wallet keys, settings, trade history, logs and the Pro license key are stored in Kryen's folder in your user profile. Secrets (wallet keys, RPC and sender URLs, API keys, notification credentials) are encrypted with your profile password; the license key is encrypted with your operating system's data protection. Uninstalling Kryen asks whether to keep or delete this data.

Data sent to services you choose

To work, Kryen talks to services you configure or that trading requires: your Solana RPC provider (and fallbacks), PumpPortal, IPFS gateways and token metadata hosts, price services, and, if you enable them, Jito, Helius Sender, Telegram and Discord. In live mode your RPC provider and transaction senders see your wallet address and your signed transactions. Those services handle data under their own privacy policies.

Data we receive

• Pro license checks (only if you enter a Pro license key): the license key, a hashed device ID (never a hardware serial) and the app version, sent to Kryen's license service (hosted by Cloudflare) on activation, on unlock and every 12 hours. The service logs nothing about requests. It stores your device list (hashed IDs, times, app versions) in your membership with our payment provider, Whop.
• Updates (release builds): Kryen downloads update information and installers from Kryen's update server (hosted by Cloudflare). The server sees your IP address and app version, as any web server would.
• Payments: Whop processes Pro purchases under its own privacy policy. We see your Whop account and subscription status.

The Kryen fee is public

On the Free plan, every live trade includes a fee transfer to Kryen's fee address. Like all Solana transactions it is public: anyone can see which wallets paid the fee.

Diagnostics

"Export diagnostics" creates a report on your computer, with secrets, keys, addresses and other personal data removed. You review it before saving. Kryen never sends it anywhere; you decide whether to share it with support.

Your choices

You can use Kryen without Pro (no license data), keep update checks to release builds, export or delete your data by deleting Kryen's folder, and contact us about data we hold: support@trykryen.com.
