These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the publisher of Kryen ("we", "us"). By creating a profile in Kryen, or otherwise using the software, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Kryen.

1. What Kryen is

Kryen is desktop software that shows tokens launched on pump.fun (Solana) and lets you trade them by hand or with automated strategies you configure. It runs on your computer. You can use it in paper mode (simulated trades, no real funds) or in live mode, where it signs and sends real transactions from a wallet you control.

Kryen is experimental software. It may contain errors, behave unexpectedly, or stop working when third-party services or the Solana programs it uses change.

2. Your wallet and keys

  • Kryen is non-custodial. Your wallet keys are generated or imported on your computer, stored encrypted with your profile password, and never sent to us.
  • We cannot recover your profile password, your wallet keys or your funds. Back up every wallet's private key and keep the backup safe and private. If you lose your password and your backup, your funds are lost.
  • You are responsible for the security of your computer, your password and your backups.

3. Risk

  • Trading memecoins is extremely high-risk. Prices can fall to zero within seconds. Tokens may be scams, may be impossible to sell, or may be manipulated.
  • Automated strategies, filters, exits, risk limits and the kill switch can fail, be delayed, or behave differently from what you expect, especially on slow or rate-limited networks. Paper results do not predict live results.
  • Transactions can fail, land late, land partially, or cost more than shown (network fees, priority fees, tips, slippage).
  • You may lose all the funds you trade with. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Start in paper mode.
  • You alone decide whether and how to trade. Nothing in Kryen is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

4. Fees and plans

  • Free plan. Kryen is free to use. Every live buy and sell on the Free plan includes a Kryen fee of 1%: for buys, 1% of the SOL you spend; for sells, 1% of the expected SOL you receive (the quote used for slippage). The fee is a SOL transfer to Kryen's fee address inside the same transaction as the trade, so a failed trade does not pay it. The fee is shown before you go live and in every fee breakdown. There is no Kryen fee on paper trades, withdrawals, transfers, rent reclaims or any other transaction. Paper mode simulates the fee so that paper results match real costs.
  • Pro plan. Pro costs $40 per month and removes the Kryen fee. Everything else is identical. Pro is sold and billed by our payment provider (Whop) under its own terms; one license covers up to 2 devices. If Pro cannot be verified or has ended, Kryen tells you before your next live trade and does not charge the fee until you choose to continue.
  • Network fees, priority fees, tips to transaction senders, and fees charged by pump.fun, PumpSwap, token creators or your RPC provider are not Kryen fees and are paid by you.
  • Fee transfers are public on the Solana blockchain.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use software like Kryen there.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws on trading, securities, sanctions and taxes, and for reporting and paying any taxes.
  • You will not use Kryen to break the law, manipulate markets, attack networks or services, or harm others.
  • Third-party services you configure (RPC providers, PumpPortal, Jito, Helius, Telegram, Discord and others) have their own terms, which you are responsible for.

6. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Kryen on your own computers under these Terms. You may not resell or redistribute Kryen, remove its notices, or circumvent its fee or license checks. Third-party components are licensed under their own licenses, listed in Kryen under About → Third-party licenses.

7. Updates

Kryen may check for and download updates. Updates are installed only when you choose, and never while live trading is active. We may change or discontinue features.

8. No warranty

KRYEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, TOKENS, PROFITS, DATA OR OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF KRYEN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR KRYEN IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. [TO BE REVIEWED: amount, carve-outs required by law.]

10. Termination

You may stop using Kryen at any time. We may end your license if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. General
